Don’t be afraid to draw a clear line in the sand and even reference your competitor if they offer solutions for customers outside your scope. Don’t try to get everyone, just the customers you are a perfect fit for.
Ask yourself if you’re doing enough to categorize who your business best serves and who your business isn’t compatible with. Most of us are terrified to alienate anyone because we want EVERY customer possible.
